Peru Visa Requirements

Checklist of paperwork required for the Business Visa:

• Original passport must be valid for at least 6 months - beyond intended stay duration with minimum 2 blank adjacent (facing) visa pages (note: the amendment pages at the end of the passport - do not count as Visa pages)
• Visa application form duly filled Online, PRINT & SIGN
  • -  Every section of the application form must be completed.
  • -  Signature not to touch the border line
  • -  Thumb Impression in BLACK ink Only
  • -  Incomplete forms will be subject to delay
• Two(2) recent photographs
  • -  passport size. (2 x 2 in)
  • -  Photos must be recent, frontal-view, of the same batch, untouched, taken on white background
  • -  showing applicant wearing no glasses of any kind, except for prescription glasses
  • -  Please write first and last names of applicant in pencil on back of photos

• A copy of the travel itinerary
• Copy of applicant's Driving license
• A Company letter of guarantee on official letterhead, stating the name and position of the applicant in the company, purpose of visit or nature of business to be performed, full names & address of business reference in Peru, duration of stay, guarantee of return transportation and financial support while in Peru
• Letter of Invitation from Company / Business associate in Peru
• If you are a U.S legal resident, provide a copy of your Alien Card / or legal resident status in USA
• Additional requirements for non-US citizens: - Copy of original passport - Copy of original or valid alien registration card or valid US resident Visa.

Time Taken: 3 business days

Visa Processing Fee: $ 30 - The Peru business visa is usually issued for a single entry within three months from date of issue, for stay in Peru not to exceed 90 days.

IMPORTANT

For your travel, please ensure that:

• Original passport must be valid for at least 6 months - beyond intended stay duration with minimum 2 blank visa pages (note: the amendment pages at the end of the passport - do not count as Visa pages)
• Proof of sufficient funds required to cover the stay and / or documents for the next / onward destination.
• Important - Must hold return / onward tickets, or else traveler can be denied entry.
