- Original passport must be valid for at least 6 months - beyond intended stay duration with minimum 2 blank adjacent (facing) visa pages (note: the amendment pages at the end of the passport - do not count as Visa pages)
- Visa application form duly filled Online, PRINT & SIGN
- Every section of the application form must be completed.
- Incomplete forms will be subject to delay
- Two(2) recent photographs
- passport size. (2 x 2 in)
- Photos must be recent, frontal-view, of the same batch, untouched, taken on white background
- showing applicant wearing no glasses of any kind, except for prescription glasses
- Please write first and last names of applicant in pencil on back of photos
- A copy of the travel itinerary
- Additional requirements for non-US citizens:
- Copy of original passport
- Copy of original or valid alien registration card or valid US resident Visa
Time Taken: 1 - 3 business days
Visa Processing Fee: $ 160 (Single / Multiple entry - 1 year validity); $ 50.00 (additional fee for RUSH processing)

- Letter of invitation from the Inviting company in Sierra Leone stating applicant's name, passport details, purpose & duration of stay.
- Letter of Invitation from a registered company in Sierra Leone
- A copy of the travel itinerary
